I offer a free 15 minutes telephonic consultation

Session Fees and Payments

All new clients will have an initial session to let you determine if the Creative Healing Counselling can meet your needs. Also, during this session I will determine if I am able to assist you or your child. It is in this session that your primary concerns and goals for therapy will be discussed.

I consider this first session as a consultation session and, consequently, charge a regular fee.

50 minutes – $152

Group Programs

Group programs have different rates and payment structures, which are discussed during pre-intake consultations.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours cancellation notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 

No-shows will be charged the regular session rate.

Confidentiality Policy

By law, counsellors are not permitted to disclose a client’s personal information without written permission. I follow the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association’s guidelines for professional and ethical conduct. This applies to my decision making regarding the confidentiality and safety of my clients.

I am, however, required by professional guidelines and law to report a suspected child or vulnerable person’s abuse and to ensure our clients’ safety when they intend to harm themselves, with or without their cooperation. I am also required to notify police and possible victims when clients threaten to seriously harm others.
